  We were hesitant to even go to Starbucks anyway because it’s expensive, but it was so cold out we decided it would be worth it. We ordered a caramel apple spice and hot chocolate. We asked for whip cream on both when we ordered and again asked when we were given our drinks and we were assured that they both come with them normally.
  We drove for a few minutes before taking a sip and realized that neither of our drinks tasted like they had whip cream so I took the lids off and sure enough neither of them did. We spent $7 on these drinks, asked TWICE for whipped cream and still didn’t get what we ordered. I could have bought an entire gallon of apple juice and thrown it in the microwave, gotten the same result and it would have lasted me a week. I’d highly recommend going to a different location.
