  The only reason this company is getting a 1 is because the system doesn't allow a 0 or negative numbers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Fighting for 2 years to get professional service for a furnace they installed for my mother. Horrible service. Multiple visits where work is incorrect or incomplete. Fred N will lie to appease you and then not fulfill commitments. ELDERLY BEWARE : This is a company that will prey on you.
