  Went to this store because my warranty replacement phone has been malfunctioning. The girl who "helped" me did everything but that. As soon as I turned over my phone for diagnostics, she immediately just started searching through my personal stuff instead of running diagnostics, making comments on my to-do list and things that I need to do for work. Total lack of class and professionalism. I'd hate to see how much snooping were to occur if I weren't standing right there. After uninstalling a few of my apps without even asking, she pawned me off on another employee and walked away at which point that other employee was actually useful and ran diagnostics on the phone. Unbelievable.
